Responsibilities of the Festival Committee :

1. To charge accommodation and meals.
2. Transportation in the city.
3. The groups who come by their own bus will get one tank of their bus full of diesel oil (max.350 lt.)(No payment will done for the fuel)
4. An English speaking interpreter for each group will be ready.

Responsibilities of the Guests

1. Each group should be consisted of max.25 persons. [20 children 5 adults(leader, musicians etc.)]( All the children must join the performances).
2. Children should be between 9-13 years old and they will be stay one by one with the parents who have similar age children. (This is important for us. Because our aim is being the children friends)
3. Each group should pay their travel expenses . (from their country to Izmir and from Izmir to their country). The groups have to come until Izmir.
4. Group members should have their health insurance.
5. Groups who will travel by their own bus should be in Karsiyaka on 18th of April between the hours 08.00-20.00.
6. Groups should bring their country’s flag.
7. Groups will have a translator who knows English or Turkish also it is requested to bring a journalist for presentation our festival.
8. The groups have to obey the program and the changes which has arranged by the festival committee.
9. The groups need to make performances by CD. We request from the groups to bring CD with 20-10 min. and 3-5 min. music
